Let’s assume that, we need a column that starts with 2000000000 with an increment of 1 and the maximum value for this identity column should be 7999999999. Below is the query that satisfies our requirement.
ALTER TABLE TEST_IDENTITY add ID INT identity(2000000000,1) CHECK (ID <= 7999999999)
